Fredrik Marine acquires assets of Tech Support Singapore
SINGAPORE (March 28, 2011) – Fredrik Marine IT Services Pte Ltd today announced that it has fully acquired the operational assets and clients of Tech Support Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading outsourced IT maintenance service provider in Singapore.
Post-acquisition, Tech Support Singapore will cease to exist as a registered corporate entity in Singapore and operate fully as a division of Fredrik Marine in providing outsourced ICT services for land-based offices. Additionally, Fredrik Marine assumes responsibility for providing service delivery to all existing technical service contracts of Tech Support Singapore. Since March 2011, Tech Support Singapore customers are invoiced by Fredrik Marine. Fredrik Marine will continue to market and sell Tech Support Singapore’s services to existing and new clients under the existing Tech Support Singapore brand name.
