BOATraNET is an ingenious and special product by Digital Yacht that creates a customizable on-board wireless Intranet server that can store navigation data, documents and photos. As the data is stored in the server, they can be accessed out at sea even without Internet connection. Folders can be customized to restrict or provide music, documents or navigational data access to visitors.

BOATraNET integrates with your boat’s existing navigational data via NMEA0183 and automatically creates animated instrument and navigational displays of the data. The wireless Intranet server on-board your boat can be used with all mobiles phones, tablets and PCs.

We recommend BOATraNET to be used in tandem with Digital Yacht’s long range WiFi adaptor to provide visitors with long range WiFI connection when docked at the marina. Software updates and data additions are easily transferred through USB memory sticks.
