Nicholas has a long and successful history of business leadership. He is the founder and Managing Director of the venture capital firm, Azione Capital. This company provides investment and incubation support to Asian-based start-ups. His venture capital firm focuses on the digital medial, clean technology, social economy, telecommunication, and maritime sectors. Azione Capital has invested in more than twenty companies thus far.
In 1992, Nicholas founded Fredrik Marine and has led the firm as Managing Director since its launch. Nicholas is a ‘hands on’ leader and is often seen by his clients working on ships at sea and within land-based projects. Vincent is the Senior Manager for @Notebook Pte Ltd and the Founder of FX-Com Computer Services. From his IT career start in 1992, Vincent has developed deep experience in component-level hardware troubleshooting. He has successfully repaired numerous specialized marine hardware systems that equipment manufacturers classified as ‘beyond economical repair’.
Ang is the original founder of Fredrik Marine IT Services (formerly known as Executive System Integrators). His maritime career includes ICT system repair across the maritime regions of the United States, Europe, and Asia. Ang retired in 2007 and now provides both technical and business counsel to the Fredrik Marine engineering team.
